 | Prof. Quanxin Zhu IEEE Senior Member Hunan Normal University, China (click) Professor Quanxin Zhu received the Ph.D. degree from Sun Yatsen (Zhongshan) University, Guangzhou,China, in 2005. He is currently a professor of Hunan Normal University, and he has obtained the Alexander von Humboldt Foundation of Germany. Professor Zhu is Distinguished professor of Furong scholars in Hunan Province, Leading talent of scientific and technological innovation in Hunan Province, and deputy director of the Key Laboratory of computing and stochastic mathematics of the Ministry of education. Professor Zhu is a Highly Cited Scientist in the world, in 2018-2022. Also, Professor Zhu is a senior member of the IEEE and he is the Lead Guest Editor of several international journals. He is an associate editor of six international SCI journals including IEEE Transactions on Automation Science and Engineering. He has obtained the first prize of Hunan Natural Science Award in 2021, and the list of top two percent scientists in 2020-2022. Professor Zhu has obtained 2011 Annual Chinese ``One Hundred The Most Influential International Academic Paper" Award and has been One of most cited Chinese researchers in 2014-2022, Elsevier. Professor Zhu is a reviewer of more than 50 other journals and he is the author or coauthor of more than 300 journal papers. |

| A.Prof. Elango Natarajan IEEE Senior Member UCSI University, Malaysia (click) He holds the title of Chartered Engineer (CEng.) from the Engineering Council, UK, and is a Fellow of The Institutions of Engineers India. Additionally, he currently serves as the Chairman of the IEEE/Robotics and Automation Society in Malaysia. Throughout his career, Elango Natarajan has completed four funded projects and has a substantial publication record. He has authored 105 research articles in refereed Scopus/WoS Journals. His research work has been well-received, as evidenced by his h-index of 20 in Scopus and 21 in Google Scholar. He is actively involved in ongoing research with five funded projects. He has also contributed as an editor for three conference proceedings and three books published by respected publishers like Springer, Taylor & Francis, and Elsevier. | Prof. Jerry Chun-Wei Lin IEEE Senior Member Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, Bergen (click) Jerry Chun-Wei Lin is currently working as the full Professor at the Department of Computer Science, Electrical Engineering and Mathematical Sciences, Western Norway University of Applied Sciences, Bergen, Norway. He has published 500+ research papers in refereed journals with more than 80 IEEE/ACM journals and international conferences. His research interests include data mining and analytics, soft computing, deep learning/machine learning, optimization, IoT applications, and privacy-preserving and security technologies. He is the Editor-in-Chief of Data Science and Pattern Recognition (DSPR) journal, Associate Editor/Editor for 12 SCI journals including IEEE Transactions on Neural Networks and Learning Systems, IEEE Transactions on Cybernetics, IEEE Transactions on Dependable and Secure Computing, Information Sciences, among others. He has served as the Guest Editor for 50+ SCI journals. He is the leader of the well-known SPMF project, which provides more than 190 data mining algorithms and has been widely cited in many different applications. | Prof. Lin Chen IEEE Member Sun Yat-sen University, China (click) Lin Chen (Member, IEEE) received the B.E. degree in radio engineering from Southeast University, China, in 2002, the Engineering Diploma degree from Telecom ParisTech, Paris, in 2005, and the M.S. degree in networking from the University of Paris VI. He currently works as a Professor with the School of Computer Science and Technology, Sun Yat-sen University. He is also an Associate Professor with the Department of Computer Science, University of Paris-Sud. His main research interests include modeling and control for wireless networks, distributed algorithm design, and game theory. He serves as the Chair for the IEEE Special Interest Group on Green and Sustainable Networking and Computing with Cognition and Cooperation and the IEEE Technical Committee on Green Communications and Computing. |
